CUSTOMER CARE
1. Seller Information The flikio.store website is operated by Flikio, an e-commerce store catering to the European market. For any questions regarding these Terms, contact us at: support@flikio.store.
2. Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the https://www.flikio.store/ website and apply to anyone making a purchase in our store (hereinafter the "customer"). By completing an order, the customer declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms.
3. Products and Availability 3.1. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the respective product page. 3.2. Products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to remove any product from the catalog without prior notice. 3.3. Product images are purely illustrative. Slight color variations may occur due to the customer's monitor settings.
4. Prices 4.1. All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated. 4.2. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to order confirmation. 4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Order Process and Purchase Contract 5.1. The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to checkout. 5.2. Before confirming the order, the customer can review and correct all entered information. 5.3. By clicking "Confirm order," the customer makes a binding purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when Flikio sends the confirmation via email. 5.4. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
6. Payment Methods We accept: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and offline payments. Payment is processed upon order confirmation. Flikio does not store card details.

12. Applicable Law The law of the consumer customer's country of residence applies. In the absence of specific provisions, Italian law applies.
13. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The amendments come into effect from the date of publication.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
How to exercise it: contact support@flikio.store with your order number and intention to withdraw. The product must be returned within 14 days in its original condition.
Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions: personalized products; sealed products opened for hygiene reasons; digital content downloaded with consent.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity Products are covered by the legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771. For claims: support@flikio.store with a description of the defect and photos.
